• Account Data – name, email address, hashed password, billing country/region.
• Usage Data – IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, pages visited, interactions.
• Payment Data – processed by Polar (our Merchant of Record). We do notstore full card numbers.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies – session cookies, preference cookies, and analytic cookies to measure feature adoption and performance.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Process payments and maintain financial records
• Deliver customer support and important Service-related notices
• Develop new features and understand product usage
• Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only when necessary to operate the Services:

• Polar (payment processing & Merchant of Record)
• Supabase (database, authentication, and storage)
• Vercel (hosting and edge logging)

No Google Analytics or similar marketing trackers are used.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with legal requirements. Data may be deleted or anonymized upon request or when no longer required.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We employ access controls and routine security reviews, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email hey@ardakaanozcan.com. We may request additional information to verify your identity.
